Order Processing
After your payment has been successfully confirmed, your order will be prepared for shipment.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is approximately 5-8 business days, depending on the customer's location, shipping carrier, and other logistical factors.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond NextGear's control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active or updated in the carrier's system. A lack of immediate updates does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your order.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
NextGear is not responsible for delays, unsuccessful deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed or appears to have encountered an issue during transit, our customer support team can assist you in checking the status of your shipment.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, certain aspects of the delivery process are outside NextGear's direct control.
If a package is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, the situation will be reviewed individually by NextGear to determine the appropriate resolution.
Address Changes & Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed or that the order can be canceled.
For this reason, please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
Eligibility and shipping conditions will be displayed during the checkout process.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and business operations, NextGear does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, personal preference, or dissatisfaction after purchase.
Before completing your purchase, please carefully review the product description, specifications, compatibility information, dimensions, images, and other available details to make sure the product meets your needs.
Once an order has been successfully placed, we generally cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
We also do not accept returns for:
Change of mind or buyer's remorse;

Compatibility issues that were not caused by a product defect;
Products that have been used, modified, damaged, or improperly handled;

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
